Fine & Country has announced that it will be will be holding its annual international conference on Friday 10th of March 2023 at The Old Brewery.

This year’s Fine & Country Conference and Awards is once again expected to attract delegates from across the globe.

Nicky Stevenson, MD of Fine & Country, commented: “Every year the annual Fine & Country conference draws an amazing number of UK and international delegates, who are eager to network and learn from their global counterparts and celebrate successes at the Awards event. Apart from sharing best practise and the latest developments within the brand, the conference provides an opportunity for delegates to engage with each other and gain knowledge.”

Stevenson says that the event will feature an impressive line-up of speakers and industry experts, including guest speaker, Keith Edwards, CEO at discretionary fund management business, Casterbridge, who will take a closer look at how the global macroeconomic back drop is evolving.

With a rising global interest rate and inflationary environment, more unrest on the geo-political horizon and the currency market reactions, Edwards will look across stock, as well as housing and land sectors and consider the implications for high-net-worth individuals and what housing trends we are likely to see in the coming months.

According to Stevenson, there will also be several international speakers from the network talking about the property market, trends they are seeing in their country, and specifically sharing what makes them ‘outstanding’ in their marketplace.

She continued: “As an international brand we can gain insight from different perspectives and experiences from around the world. Aside from the UK, delegates will have the opportunity to hear from agents operating in Australia, France, Germany, Hungary, Jersey, Mauritius, Namibia, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, and Zimbabwe.

“Understanding the property market in these regions will help our network to gain further international referrals, as well as learning successes from across the world which each agent can take away and apply to their own local marketplace.”

Stevenson says that one of the final speakers will be estate agency coach, international speaker and MD of Fine & Country Leamington Spa, Jonathan Handford.

Handford has worked within the Fine & Country network for over 16 years. He will be discussing top tips for outstanding lead generation, outstanding presentation, and an outstanding fee.

Stevenson added: “We look forward to hearing from our speakers and listening to the tips and advice they have for our network for the potentially challenging year ahead for the property sector. We are also eager to celebrate excellence and recognise the hard work of the network throughout the past year at the Awards ceremony.

“While 2022 was not without its challenges, many of the licensees and associates within the network achieved remarkable results which deserve to be acknowledged. The Annual Conference would not be complete without our awards ceremony and celebrating those who have strived for and achieved excellence.”
