Fine & Country will mark its 25th anniversary this year at its Annual Conference, Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony, which will be held at The Belfry Hotel & Resort on 27 March. The event represents a change from previous years and will bring together members of the brand’s global network over two days.

The Belfry will host the anniversary event across its conference, accommodation and leisure facilities. Delegates arriving on Thursday 26 March will have the option to book spa or golf sessions ahead of the conference, with access available at preferential rates.

The conference programme will bring together Fine & Country professionals from across the network to share insight and hear from a range of external speakers.

The speaker line-up includes Matthew Syed, author and commentator on performance and mindset; futurist and business speaker Patrick Dixon, who will address global and technological trends; and Billy Harris, founder of Peak, who will discuss data-led approaches to health and performance.

Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country, commented: “While reaching 25 years is a proud milestone, what truly sets Fine & Country apart is the pace and scale of our growth. In just a quarter of a century, the brand has expanded rapidly across the UK and internationally, resonating deeply with customers and estate agents alike.”

The programme will continue on Friday evening with the Fine & Country Property Awards 2025, followed by a gala dinner and awards ceremony recognising performance across the network over the past year.

The event will conclude on Saturday 28 March with the Fine & Country International Exhibition, a business-to-consumer showcase featuring properties from across the global network. Visitors will be able to meet specialists in areas including tax, foreign exchange, finance and relocation, and view international property opportunities.

The 2026 Annual Conference forms part of Fine & Country’s 25th anniversary year and will bring together members of the network for a programme of conference sessions, awards and related events.

Stevenson added: “People feel genuinely passionate about Fine & Country, and that passion drives our continued success. The Belfry provides a world-class setting that reflects the lifestyle and luxury our brand represents, making it the perfect place for our network to come together and celebrate how far we’ve come, as well as the immense opportunity ahead.”
