Godwin Developments has submitted an outline planning application for a range of commercial uses for its 9.5-acre site in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
The application for the development, called Wisbech Gateway, proposes a flexible mix of uses including industrial, petrol station, drive-through and drive-to food and beverage and a hotel alongside associated infrastructure, landscaping and car parking spaces.
