Client accounting specialist Lettspay has announced that lettings operator Hello Neighbour is now using its platform to handle all accounting across its portfolio.
Hello Neighbour has grown threefold over the last year and has let over 2,000 properties, with over 900 under full management. It has also recently launched a self-service product aiming to provide landlords with an end-to-end solution.
Lettspay is designed to provide letting agents and managers with a solution to the compliance issue of undesignated client accounts, by creating individual accounts for landlords with their own sort codes and account numbers. All allocations to and from these accounts can be fully automated, with payments approved before release.
Registered with the FCA, the Lettspay platform integrates with a number of CRMs and can manage payments to contractors, deposit accounts and HMRC.
