Hamptons has announced the launch of hdesign, an interior design and consultancy service joint venture in partnership with Andrew Clark of Clark Design Group.

Clark brings with him 27 years of industry experience and a team of 17, including project managers, interior architects, senior designers and design consultants, to provide an end-to-end service aimed at homeowners (including sales and lettings clients) and property developers within the Hamptons Residential and Development division.

Matt Goldsworthy, head of international residential, who has led the launch of this new offering, said: “We’re thrilled to announce this exclusive joint venture. The vision has always been to create a truly client- and service-led offering to suit homeowners, landlords, new home purchasers, but also our developer clients. Andrew and his team are experts in full-scale interior design and bring years of knowledge, experience and valuable industry relationships that will enable hdesign to create interior design solutions for our clients.”

Tom Hawkins, head of residential development at Hamptons, commented: “In today’s challenging market, where labour and material costs have increased dramatically, procurement capabilities and exclusive market access are critical to deliver premium quality at optimal value. hdesign’s work at new development Wimbledon Place demonstrates perfectly how the combination of thoughtful design principles and strategic procurement will create apartments with an exceptionally high-quality finish, ultimately providing homebuyers with a superior product for better value.”

Andrew Clark, co-founder of hdesign: “Drawing on 27 years of interior design experience, our team brings unparalleled expertise and industry connections to hdesign. Delivering bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s unique preferences through collaborative consultation, creating highly personalised environments that reflect individual character.

“Beyond private clients, we provide comprehensive consultancy services to developers and housebuilders. Whether advising on luxury residences or collaborating on larger-scale developments, we deliver results that are both aesthetically compelling and commercially astute.”
