Hertz Global Holdings Inc.

said late Thursday it has named interim Chief Financial Officer Alexandra Brooks its permanent CFO, effective immediately. The company also appointed Controller Kelly Galloway its chief accounting officer. Brooks had served as top accountant at the car-rental company since 2020 and acted as CFO since April. Shares of Hertz rose 0.3% in the extended session Thursday after ending the regular trading day up 0.1%.
