One of Wimbledon’s most established estate agency brands, Hawes & Co., is moving to a new larger and more prominent office on Wimbledon High Street, to support its ambitious growth plans .
Established in 1885, Hawes & Co. have been present in Wimbledon for 140 years and have occupied their current premises for several decades. The move sees the branch relocate from No.6 to No.56b Wimbledon High Street which will more than double the square footage of the branch alongside enjoying a modern refurb.
The increased footprint houses both the sales and lettings teams on the ground floor, allowing the team to welcome several new colleagues.
One recent addition at Hawes & Co., which is independently owned and operated under licence with LSLi, part of LSL Estate Agency Franchising, has been Miles Demmer, joining the team as senior sales negotiator.
Stephen Ashby, associate director at Hawes & Co, said: “We are very excited about the move to Number 56b. The more prominent shop front is much more indicative of our standing in the SW19 sales and lettings market. I invite anyone passing to drop in and say hello, whether you are looking to move or not!
