Zoopla is to unveil a major new marketing campaign on Christmas Day, with the TV ads featuring a voiceover from award-winning actor Michael Sheen.

The marketing campaign launches Zoopla’s first new TV ads in two years, centred around giving movers the confidence and tools to help them ‘Win at Moving’ and driving more motivated movers for agents as a result.

Estate agents are at the heart of the ads and the broader campaign, and are positioned as the experts unlocking that next move for Zoopla movers.

The campaign will reach over 26m UK adults, using real-life British homes to highlight why Zoopla is a crucial moving partner. The new brand positioning will be supported by a range of product tools coming in 2025 which will help Zoopla users to:

+ Find great estate agents who will help them make their next move

+ Better understand what they can afford when it comes to buying

+ Better understand when to sell, by unlocking insights on the potential demand for their home

The new TV ads focus on more motivated movers, or those who are closer to making a property sale or purchase. It will be played across some of the most highly viewed programmes over the festive period including Christmas dramas like Downton Abbey: A New Era, live Premier League on Boxing Day, The Big Fat Quiz of the Year and the Christmas special The Festive Pottery Throwdown.

Additionally, the campaign will be live across a variety of digital channels including Amazon Prime, broadcast video on demand, YouTube and social media sites. It will also leverage Zoopla’s partnership with England Cricket which will be ramping up in 2025 and will be visible on high-traffic pages across the Zoopla website and app.

Rich Hayes, chief operating officer at Zoopla said: ”Agents can expect to see and feel Zoopla a lot more in 2025, and we’re kicking this off by celebrating their role at the heart of the home moving journey and putting them front and centre in our major new marketing campaign. The campaign will not only celebrate agents but also position Zoopla as the home of motivated movers looking to win in 2025.”
