Zoopla has announced that its next ‘Property Pitch – Market Focus Roadshow’ will be taking place on the 30 April at Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester.

Attendees can expect to hear more about Zoopla’s Vision for 2025 from chief operating officer Rich Hayes, as well as the portal’s plan to help support agents.

Richard Donnell, executive director at Zoopla will explore local market trends in the North West, and how these can be leveraged to get ahead of the competition. Agents will have the opportunity to ask questions during both sessions.

This will be followed by an expert panel on lead conversion secrets with top industry experts including:

+ Kate Gostelow, Sales Director at North Wall Property

+ Ian Preston, Co-founder of Preston Baker and Greenhouse OS

+ Joby Russell, Vice President of Marketing at Zoopla

+ Moderated by: Alex Rose, Commercial Director at Zoopla

Gostelow has been an estate agent for almost 20 years, both for corporate and independent agents before co-founding North Wall in 2021. Kate is passionate about client experience and raising the bar for the industry.

Preston is the co-founder of Preston Baker, an award-winning agency. His latest venture is with Greenhouse OS, a platform for agents to grow their business through adopting automation and AI.

The morning will finish with the chance to network with fellow agents and win cricket match day tickets for an England fixture at Old Trafford Cricket Ground.

Rose commented: “Following the success of our inaugural Property Pitch event in Birmingham, we’re looking forward to bringing agents in the North West an event that will give them a competitive edge as we head into the second quarter of the year. It promises to be an insightful morning at the Old Trafford Cricket Ground, with our industry-leading experts primed to share their expertise with attendees.”

Preston added: “The industry is facing an unprecedented number of challenges and opportunities.  I am firmly an optimist who believes that the future for the industry is brighter than the past.  It will take change in how we work to harness the power of AI and be able to compete in a totally new landscape over the next five years.  I am delighted to be invited to share ideas during the Property Pitch panel on how agents can tackle these changes and make the best of the future”.
