Humberts has announced that it is looking for a new owner for a well-established franchise office in South East England.
The existing franchise owner is looking to retire, although Humberts says might also be prepared to take on a consultancy role over an agreed period of time should this be of interest to the purchaser.
Humberts has not revealed which office is available but states that it is a well-positioned business in a commuter and tourist area in the South East of England. It has been operating for over 30 years and offers extensive estate agency services and a managed lettings portfolio.
Tim Stephens, head of franchise for Humberts, said: “This particular office for sale is ideal for someone who has a passion for property, both sales and lettings, to take over a ready-made business, but who would also like to develop and grow their own business within an
established brand.
“Separately, we have opportunities for entrepreneurs to start-up their own Humberts franchised office in selected strategic locations nationwide, and run their own business. In this regard Humberts are seeking agents, with ambition to expand and link in with existing offices across the country.
“Whether your discipline is residential sales, lettings, commercial, farm or land management, or undertaking professional valuations, we would like to have a discussion. By becoming a franchisee, you will have the opportunity to join an established national and
international brand with a strong presence within the residential sales and lettings industry.”
