NELLA Rose transformed turmoil to triumph after smashing the Fright At The Museum Bushtucker Trial and bringing home nine out of ten stars.

Insiders told how the YouTuber had been struggling in camp in the hours prior to the task, with one admitting she was a flight risk.

Nella, 26, turned it around however and found her confidence again.

A source said: “Nella has had a rollercoaster experience in the jungle.

“There was some concern she might throw in the towel and some of the producers thought she could be a flight risk – especially after she had to do another trial.

“This is her ninth one and it’s been really hard for her to keep seeing that the public are voting for her.

“But Nella is a real fighter and she absolutely smashed the trial.

“She was elated when she got back to camp.

“Her journey in the jungle has been really up and down but Nella is learning so much about herself and her confidence is sky high again.”

Nella had to explore a pitch-dark museum set in camp, delving into dusty exhibition chests filled with jungle nasties including snakes and spiders.

it comes after I’m A Celebrity was forced to apologise to fans after the show’s official account liked a message that slammed Nella’s behaviour on screen.

Bosses scrambled when fans spotted the Instagram account had ‘liked’ a hateful comment about the YouTuber, and rushed to delete the thread.

Reacting to the situation, the official account went on to encourage fans to “be kind” in the comments.

In a statement, I’m A Celeb said: “Yesterday we accidentally liked a comment on Instagram while scrolling down through viewer comments.

“The post in question contained unacceptable language about one of our campmates and we apologise for the mistake made and any offence caused.

“We seek to champion all our campmates and would always urge our audience to be kind when commenting on social media.”
