Gallacom in Greater Manchester has announced the acquisition of Westpine Lettings, a well-established letting agency.

This purchase, facilitated by Think Acquisition, marks an important milestone for Gallacom and forms part of wider plans to expand the business, including its management portfolio.

The company says it wants to leverage Westpine Lettings’ strengths to enhance its market reach and service offerings.

Ryan Gallace, CEO of Gallacom, commented: “I’m delighted to expand the size of Gallacom’s management portfolio with the addition of Westpine Lettings. Myself and the team here at Gallacom are looking forward to providing industry-leading service levels to our new landlords and tenants.

“I’d like to thank Westpine’s former owners Michelle and Stuart for all their hard work, and I wish them all the best in their future endeavours.”

The acquisition aligns with Gallacom’s strategic vision to expand its footprint and enhance its service capabilities. Clients of Westpine Lettings can expect a seamless transition. .

Leon Gorman, founder of Think Acquisition, added: “We are proud to have facilitated this acquisition. It represents a great illustration of how property management companies are increasingly utilising acquisitions to grow.”
