Flying Keys, an independent estate and lettings agency, has strengthened its presence in Cardiff after completing the acquisition of CF24 Ltd residential lettings and sales book in the city.
This is Flying Keys’ first lettings acquisition and marks the beginning of a strategic push into acquisitions across South Wales.
Established more than a decade ago, Flying Keys is looking to grow beyond its existing base in Blackwood high street, NP12.
CF24 Property Services, led by Ahmed Mustafa, who is continuing to offer commercial sales and lettings services, commented on the deal: “I am very happy with my decision to pass on our residential portfolio over to Flying Keys.”
Leon Gorman of Think Acquisition, which played a part in facilitating the transaction, commented: “It has been great to be involved in another local property management acquisition and to assist our client, Flying Keys with their first lettings acquisition. We look forward to continuing to work with Ryan and the team on further acquisitions.”
