Higham Estate Agents in Greater Manchester has merged with Miller Metcalfe, which has a presence across the whole of the North West.

Higham, a single branch agency in Tyldesley, will retain its local identity, while benefiting from the resources, technology, and brand recognition of this Northern powerhouse.

Dean Higham, director at Higham Estates, said: “This is an exciting new chapter for us. Our clients will continue to receive the same dedicated service they’ve come to expect, now with the added advantage of a wider reach and more comprehensive support. We’re thrilled to be part of a network that shares our values and vision for the future of estate agency.”

Stuart Matthews, manging director at Miller Metcalfe, added: “It’s great to have Dean, Chelsea, Amanda and Ellise joining us and we’re really looking forward to helping even more customers move onto the next chapter in their lives “
