During the Prime Minister’s Cabinet reshuffle James Cleverly has been appointed as the new Home Secretary after Suella Braverman was sacked on Monday morning.
Cleverly who is an Army veteran is loyal serving senior Conservative MP to Rishi Sunak and was appointed as the Foreign Secretary just a year ago.
Cleverly will now have the daunting task to tackle the small boats crisis crossing the English Channel and will have to deal with the Supreme Court verdict over the legality of sending those migrants to Rwanda.
