eff Bezos is engaged to girlfriend Lauren Sanchez, according to reports.
The Amazon owner, 59, proposed to the Emmy Award winning journalist, 53, on board his superyacht.
Ms Sanchez has been seen wearing a giant diamond ring on her wedding finger as the pair were sailing on board the Koru yacht with the billionaire at the weekend.
The newly-engaged couple were sailing off the coast of Cannes as the film festival takes place.
The reports of the engagement come four years after the couple’s romance became public in 2019.
Their relationship has since seen them work together on projects, such as the Bezos Earth Fund.
The initiative – launched in 2020 – was established to “fight climate change and protect nature”. Its founder and Amazon owener is the executive chair, whilst his partner Lauren acts as vice chair.
Ms Sanchez paid tribute to her partner in a post to mark his birthday earlier this year, with her writing about him on Instagram.
Alongside photos of the couple together, she described him in the accompanying caption as “the man of [her] dreams, who lights up [her] world with his laughter and kind heart.”
She continued: “You have shown me that no great love is not bravely fought for. Thank you for always being by my side and for being the most loving and supportive partner.”
“I am so grateful for the memories we have made and the adventures yet to come. Here’s to many more birthdays filled with love and laughter.”
