Property recruitment specialist Josh Rayner, the founder of Rayner Personnel agency, has launched Inside Talent (IT), a new digital recruiting platform, that blends AI tools with experienced industry professionals.

Rayner, a well-established player in the residential sales and lettings recruiters sector, says he has identified an opportunity to help those that currently organise their own recruiting as an internal process rather than using a professional recruiter.

IT, which will attract candidates via its optimised white label Careers Pages on an agent’s website and external UK job board, joins Rayner Personnel, which is now headed up by new group MD Russell Jervis, under the newly formed Recruitment Franchise Group which owns both entities.

IT uses AI avatars to vet and qualify the candidate and will immediately likely reject up to 75% of initial applicants as unsuitable, based upon the company’s own set job criteria and Rayner’s bespoke technology that interrogates applications and interprets each against a vast information bank of behavioral and career-type data.

IT, which charges from £150 per month per estate or letting agency branch, interviews the remaining candidates using AI and psychometrics, with a short list of appropriate people eventually selected.

Rayner said: “The problem with attracting, qualifying and hiring great talent is that it’s a ‘needle in a haystack’ process with increasing amounts of distracting haystacks to claw through to find your ideal needle. Inside Talent has automated this to save you hours and hours of admin and consequently thousands in wasted costs if you’re currently going it alone. It’s the Amazon of recruitment.”

A Perkbox subscription is also included for agents who upgrade, plus Propertymark Level 3 training material (in either sales or lettings) as well as full HR support and employee disputes insurance.

Jason Lee, head of commercial at Propertymark, commented: “Offering Propertymark level 3 learning material will help to assist in staff growth and retention and hopefully lead through to qualification to enhance company reputation.”
