Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) has agreed a new partnership with iamproperty, the property auction firm, which it hopes will prove popular with clients.
The London-based estate agency, which operates more than 60 branches across the capital, will now offer access to the Modern Method of Auction (MMoA).
Lisa Mackenzie, sales director at KFH, part of Lomond, said: “This partnership is a natural evolution for us as we continue to enhance the range of services we offer our clients. At a time when the London market is evolving, speed and flexibility are becoming key priorities for sellers and buyers alike.
“iamproperty’s auction solution provides a modern, trusted way to transact, and we’re delighted to bring this option to our clients across the capital. It’s a strong addition to our service offering and a great fit for our forward-thinking approach.”
Jamie Cooke, Co-Founder at iamproperty, added: “Their [KFH’s] local expertise and established reputation in London make them an ideal partner as we continue to scale our auction offering across the capital. Our solution is designed to help agents win more instructions by offering a fast, secure, and digital-first experience — something buyers and sellers are actively demanding right now.”
