Windsor office team

Knight Frank has opened a new residential office in Windsor, further expanding its presence within the Home Counties. The team will be led by Sion Colenso, who joins the company as head of Windsor Sales.

Alongside Colenso, the Windsor sales team comprises Alex Hancock as associate. He joined Knight Frank last year, his role also covers Ascot & Virginia Water office as well as Windsor.

The pair will be working in tandem with Edward Shaw, regional head of Home Counties at Knight Frank, who handles some of the area’s most prestigious properties in the Home Counties and, Kavita Waller, head of lettings in Knight Frank’s existing Ascot team.

Colenso and the team will cover the wider Windsor area, stretching from Windsor town centre to riverside residences in Eton, and charming village properties across Bray, Datchet and Cookham.

Colenso commented: “”Having worked in London real estate over the past few years, I’ve built a strong network of London and International clients and buyers. I’m excited to bring this experience and network to the exceptional team at Knight Frank, combining our local knowledge with a truly global audience.”

Shaw said: “We are super excited to open our new office in Windsor which will work closely with both our Ascot & Virginia Water offices along with our Home Counties teams and wider global network.

“Sion is a fantastic, experienced agent which I am certain coupled with Knight Frank’s ethos, award winning customer service and international reach, will prove extremely successful.”
