Kura Oncology stock falls more than 5% after company announces share offering

dropped nearly 6% in the aftermarket Tuesday after the biotech said it plans to sell $100 million worth of shares, plus an option for underwriters to buy additional shares. Kura ended the regular trading day down 1.2%.
