The Ukrainian capital has been rocked by multiple explosions in a deadly drone attack.
Loud explosions were heard across Kyiv which was attacked in “waves” by “many groups” from different locations.
Initial reports coming out of the capital suggests that air defences had downed at least 10 drones as they approached Kyiv.
On Sunday morning, Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the regional military administration said that the Kyiv region was hit in the attacks, but thankfully no casualties were reported.

The Kyiv Post reported that Serhiy Popko, head of the Kyiv’s military administration said on Sunday morning, “The enemy’s UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) were launched in many groups and attacked Kyiv in waves, from different directions, at the same time constantly changing the vectors of movement along the route.
“That is why the air raid alerts were announced several times in the capital.”
Popko told the BBC that no “critical damage” was reported and that 10 drones were shot down over the city’s Bogorodsky District.
