Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has returned to Zoopla after a one-year absence.

Some 101 branches will list their London properties on Zoopla initially, including the well-known brands of Acorn, Stirling Ackroyd, Gibbs Gillespie and Portico. This comes after LRG has agreed a two-year property listings and vendor leads deal.

LRG’s return to Zoopla forms part of a wider marketing strategy designed to grow their sales and lettings business in 2025.

LRG is third major estate agency to sign a new contract with Zoopla. Other major client wins for the property portal include the Lomond Group and JLL which were also announced in February.

Michael Cook, CEO at LRG said: “Zoopla’s prominence across the capital will help give our brands additional support and ensure our clients get extensive online exposure. Zoopla have been investing heavily in building a large audience of high-intent vendors that we expect to support the growth of our business in the years ahead and demonstrate a strong ROI.”

Alex Rose, commercial director at Zoopla, added: “A clear focus for Zoopla in 2025 is driving quality leads for our agent partners and not just delivering quantity. It’s fantastic to see this approach already paying dividends with the return of a large and respected estate agency brand like LRG to listing on Zoopla. We look forward to working closely with Michael and the wider LRG team to drive excellent results and ROI for all their branches over the coming years.”
