The winners of the LonRes Awards 2025 have been announced, with the winners presented with their accolades at a garden party in central London.

The awards, presented by Anthony Payne, managing director, and William Carrington, chairman of LonRes, were made to estate agency branches achieving the top sales and lettings recorded on LonRes over a 12-month period from the beginning of June 2024 to the end of May 2025.

CENTRAL LONDON – won by Savills (Sloane Street)

  • For the sale of a property in Belgravia for £34,500,000

NORTH LONDON – won by Knight Frank (Baker Street)

  • For the sale of a property in Regent’s Park for £138,900,000

SOUTH LONDON – won by Knight Frank (Knightsbridge)

  • For the sale of a property on the Southbank for £12,00,000

WEST LONDON – won by Hamptons Private Office

  • For the sale of a property in Kensington & Chelsea for £61,300,000

Sale of the year award 2025 – Country

Won by Moveli

  • For the sale of a property in Chigwell, Essex for £7,500,000

Lets of the year awards 2025 – the winners

CENTRAL LONDON – Aston Chase (Regent’s Park)

  • For the let of a property in Marylebone for £25,000 pw/£108,333 pm

NORTH LONDON – Aston Chase (Regents Park)

  • For the let of a property in St John’s Wood for £27,500 pw/£119,167 pm

SOUTH LONDON – Corban Group

  • For the let of a property in Fulham for £11,000 pw/£47,677 pm

WEST LONDON – Knight Frank (Kensington)

  • For the let of a property in Kensington for £23,833 pw/£103,276 pm

Anthony Payne said: “The LonRes Awards are an annual fixture at our Summer Party and mark some of the biggest, standout deals recorded over a 12-month period on the LonRes platform.

“While the market is undeniably tough right now, the awards are testimony to the fact that in spite of economic and global uncertainties, outstanding deals are still being done.

“We send our warmest congratulations to all this year’s winners.”
