Andrew Jones, LRG

West Bromwich Homes Ltd (West Brom Homes) has appointed LRG to manage a portfolio of over 700 homes located across England and Wales.

LRG (previously Leaders Romans Group) has been granted an initial management contract of 42 months. Duties include digital resident portals, integrated property management systems, automated compliance monitoring, online payments systems, insight-driven forecasting and performance reporting. LRG will also be providing specialist property sales and acquisition support.

The portfolio consists of a mixture of houses and flats, over 98% of which have an EPC rating of C or above. West Brom Homes is embarking on a strategy to actively assist tenants to purchase their own homes, and undertook a comprehensive market review in order to find a managing agent best suited to support this strategy.

Andrew Jones, group director – corporate & build to rent at LRG, commented: “We are delighted to be partnering with West Brom Homes on this important portfolio. LRG’s focus is on delivering a highly professional, digitally enabled service that supports operational efficiency. This will significantly benefit customer service while also delivering greater efficiencies. Our work in West Brom Homes will showcase LRG’s investment in systems, innovation and people, along with our wide ambition to raise standards across the residential sector.”

David Taylor, director at West Brom Homes, added: “We are delighted to appoint LRG as our managing agent after a comprehensive market review. Their scale, reputation and digital capabilities give us confidence that our portfolio is in expert hands. We look forward to working collaboratively to deliver a best-in-class service for our tenants.”
