LSL Estate Agency Franchising (LSL EAF) has announced the renewal of 21 franchise partner agreements across both the Your Move and Reeds Rains brands for a further five years.

Set for renewal every five years, this latest wave of franchise agreement re-signings highlights the confidence franchise partners have in the business model, reinforcing the stability of the network and its ability to provide a platform for further growth.

Lee Carratt, Franchise Partnerships Director, LSL Estate Agency Franchising, commented: “We are thrilled to see so many of our valued franchise partners commit to the Your Move and Reeds Rains brands. The renewals demonstrate the strength of our proposition, the continued success of our franchisees, and the comprehensive support we offer.

“Franchisees benefit from extensive lettings support and guidance, particularly around growth and compliance, as well as access to a thriving franchise community, regional meetings, and national conferences. The central support team continues to provide day-to-day operational assistance, ensuring franchisees can maximise their potential.

“We look forward to working closely with our latest renewals over the coming years to drive further growth and success.”

Gareth McLean, Owner, Reeds Rains Kennington, commented: “For us at Reeds Rains Kennington the decision to renew has been driven by strong trading performance, robust sales pipelines, and the ongoing day-to-day support provided by LSL EAF.

“The past five years have confirmed that our business benefits hugely from the stability of a franchise model structure. From support with acquisitions to marketing and social media, plus mentoring and advice for growing our revenue stream in varying ways. Our business would not be where it is now without LSL Estate Agency Franchising’s support.”
