Independent technology provider, Global 4, and CRM, Street.co.uk, have agreed a new partnership, offering agents a streamlined way of communication.

Global 4’s partnership with Street.co.uk means that agents can now benefit from 8×8 hosted telephony directly within the CRM.

The simplified telephony communications, centralised all from one platform, means users can access key information about a caller, allowing them to provide a tailored service and maximise opportunities for their agency.

Every time an applicant calls, agents can instantly locate their details in Street.co.uk through the People Page to view key information like owned properties and recent activity. This will make it easier for agents to have stronger, more personalised conversations with every client.

James, sales director of Global 4, said: “Our objective is always to provide a tailored experience to our clients that really adds value to their staff, coupled with an improved experience for their customers.

“Working with Street.co.uk has been a passion project of ours, and their forward-thinking team made it a pleasure to bring this integration to life.

We’re delighted to be able to talk to our customer base about this collaborative solution now being available to them and look forward to them really benefiting from it.”

Heather, Co-Founder of Street.co.uk, commented: “We pride ourselves on offering the best integrations that help agents work smarter, not harder, so we are thrilled to have worked with Global 4 on an integration that doesn’t just save time but helps agents access clear information about a caller that can streamline communication even further.”
