Grosvenor Billinghurst, the Surrey estate agent that serves the towns and surrounding areas of Cobham, Claygate and Hinchley Wood, is now simply Grosvenor following a rebrand that has been unveiled in line with the second generation of the Davies family taking over the business.

Grosvenor, which provides estate agency services to the borough of Elmbridge, is now in its third decade, having been launched in 2002 by Ian Davies.

In 2021, Davies’ son and daughter, Gareth and Claire, took over the business alongside longstanding directors Chris Burton and Roly Matthews.

As an independent estate agent that only employs locally, Grosvenor says the service offered by the company will remain unchanged.

On launching Grosvenor’s new identity, Gareth Davies, MD, said: “As Grosvenor Billinghurst, the business established a best-in-class reputation for independent estate agency, and for over two decades we’ve been competing alongside the major national premium players including Savills and Knight Frank.

“My father built an enviable property business and as an employer of 25 people, we’re incredibly grateful for the time and energy that he and his team invested. As second-generation owners, we not only wanted to put our own mark on the business but also create a new foundation on which we can deliver further growth. We feel that our new identity supports our vision and now look forward to rolling it out across Elmbridge.”

Claire Fuller, finance and operations director at Grosvenor, added: “It’s such an exciting time for the business. Everyone is behind the rebrand and feeling just as enthused as Gareth and I.

“Not only does the new identity provide a fresh look for the business, but we’re also introducing new and progressive ways of working that will add value to our clients and make Grosvenor an even more compelling place to work. This is a really proud moment for us and one that I believe will be the blueprint for the next two decades.”
