Chief Financial Officer Anat Heller has departed the automobile-technology supplier, the company announced Monday afternoon following the close of markets. The company said that the move was “due to a personal tragedy” that led her to step down and spend more time with her family. Heller will be replaced on an acting basis by Moran Rojansky, Mobileye’s vice president of finance, and the company plans to examine internal and external candidates for the position. Heller joined Mobileye as corporate controller in 2008 and was promoted to CFO in 2018, so she was at the company through its initial public offering in 2014, acquisition by Intel Corp.
