Vladimir Putin’s ally Dmitry Medvedev has predicted that in 2023 the “Fourth Reich” will be formed and “Europe will be divided.”
Medvedev said that “war will break out between France and the Fourth Reich” and the former Russian President predicts “civil war will break out in the US” and Tesla chief Elon Musk will be the next US President.
Medvedev tweeted that in 2023 Musk will “win the presidential election in a number of states” and Space X chief replied saying, “epic.”
The multi-billionaire wrote in response to Medvedev, “Epic thread!!”
Medvedev said, “On the New Year’s Eve [sic], everybody’s into making predictions.

He continued, “Oil price will rise to $150 a barrel, and gas price will top $5.000 per 1.000 cubic meters.”
His second prediction is “the UK will rejoin the EU” and “the EU will collapse after the UK’s return; Euro will drop out of use as the former EU currency.”
He continued, “Poland and Hungary will occupy western regions of the formerly existing Ukraine.”
His fifth prediction is the “Fourth Reich will be created, encompassing the territory of Germany and its satellites, ie, Poland, the Baltic states, Czechia, Slovakia, the Kiev [sic] Republic, and other outcasts.”
Among Medvedev’s ten predictions for 2023 is that “war will break out between France and the Fourth Reich.
“Europe will be divided, Poland repartitioned in the process,” whilst “Northern Ireland will separate from the UK and join the Republic of Ireland.”
