GeoCale has launched a new AI optimisation service aimed at helping estate and letting agents improve the visibility of their websites across AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Apple Maps, Bing, and voice search tools like Siri and Alexa.
As consumers increasingly use AI platforms and voice assistants to find local services – including estate agents and property listings – more businesses are opting to ensure their online information is accessible to these tools.
The launch of Google’s ‘AI mode’ has further shifted search dynamics. Instead of returning traditional links, Google now surfaces AI-generated answers that are heavily influenced by data from Google Business Profiles. This change is presenting challenges for businesses that rely on Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising or have not yet adapted their local search strategies.
GeoCale’s new service is designed to align business listings with how AI platforms recognise and recommend local providers. The aim is to make agents’ websites more likely to appear in AI-generated responses and local search results, particularly when competitors have not optimised their profiles for AI search.
Ben Marley, founder of GeoCale, said: “If a homeowner with a property to sell asks Siri or ChatGPT, ‘Who’s the best estate agent near me?’, the answer matters. Now, GeoCale makes sure it’s you.”
He continued: “Most agencies are still only thinking about SEO content. But there’s an entire digital battlefield including Apple Maps, Bing, ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, where visibility is crucial. While large brands have internal marketing teams, independent agents are often left to compete with limited digital expertise and budgets. GeoCale levels the playing field and ensures that agents aren’t left behind as the digital environment quickly evolves.”
GeoCale’s offering is only available to one agent per town, and includes Google Business Profile optimisation for top map pack visibility and high-converting listings, optimisation for Apple Maps and Bing listings to reach consumers searching across iPhone, Siri, Microsoft and Uber ecosystems, together with ChatGPT and Google AI Mode visibility enhancement to align business profiles with how AI models identify and recommend local service providers.
Markey added: “We started working on this upgrade months ago when we first knew the change to AI-generated results would be coming to Google, so we’ve had it ready for a while. We’re delighted with the results that our customers who’ve already implemented it are seeing, and we’re very pleased to be able to offer a straightforward and affordable solution to what has quickly become a major issue for agents.”
