Belvoir Group has struck a deal with geospatial technology firm Kamma to offer support to 340 of its offices in their respective brands Belvoir, Northwood, Newton Fallowell, Nicholas Humphreys and Lovelle, with compliance management and analysis services, designed to help agents avoid thousands of pounds in fines.
Nearly 50 new schemes and consultations have launched throughout the UK in 2023 so far. Fines for rogue landlords in London alone have also surpassed £9.8m, and are on track to reach £10m before the end of the year.
Belvoir will also have access to Kamma’s Reporter service, a product that allows letting agents generate a report on a property’s characteristics, including its EPC and licensing requirements, to help win instructions and improve the overall customer experience.
