A new specialised estate agency has launched with a view to providing property investors with access to off-market opportunities in the residential and commercial sectors.
Search Homes, based in both Devon and Cornwall, is part of Search Property Group, which was founded in 2023 by Jo Lines and Cristina Axford.
The pair aim to build on the existing success of connecting property investors with off-market deals, primarily in Devon and Cornwall but with nationwide services, across a diverse portfolio of serviced accommodation portfolios, businesses for sale, hotels, Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), and commercial premises for development.
