GeoCale, a company specialising in Google Business Profile optimisation, has partnered with video production firm PVS Media to launch a new service aimed at helping estate agents improve their visibility on Google Maps and in local search results.

The service, named Local Visibility Pro, responds to recent changes in Google’s search algorithms, which now place greater emphasis on video content. Videos uploaded to platforms like YouTube or embedded on websites are automatically transcribed, with those transcripts contributing to a business’s written content indexed in search.

Local Visibility Pro combines GeoCale’s profile management and optimisation with monthly video content produced by PVS Media. The goal is to help agents improve their rankings in local search results by using consistent video content alongside technical optimisation of their Google profiles.

The service offers one estate agent per town access to this combined approach.

Ben Marley, founder of GeoCale, said: “For years, agents have relied on reviews, keywords, and basic SEO to be found online. Google’s update this year has changed everything, and video is now at the core of local search success. Our partnership with PVS Media gives agents the tools and strategy to not just compete, but dominate in their markets.”

Chris England, co-founder of PVS Media, added: “High-quality video paired with expert optimisation is a powerful combination. For agents, this isn’t just about looking professional, it’s about delivering measurable, lasting visibility on Google Maps and standing out from the competition.”
