Street.co.uk has announced a partnership with Pattinson Auction to offer agents the opportunity to seamlessly send properties to auction in one-click, directly from their CRM.

The integration means agents signed up to the sales and lettings CRM now have the ability to list difficult-to-sell stock for auction, without overhauling their existing processes.

The new agreement will enable agents to watch live bids as they come in, with property statuses instantly updated in their CRM when sold, for a smooth, admin-free experience that minimises the risk of fall throughs.

Street.co.uk will also signpost stock that could sell quickly at auction, removing even more hassle for agents, while making it easier to keep stock moving and revenue flowing.

Auction sales can potentially offer a higher sales fee than traditional sales, so some agents could stand to see a noticeable boost to revenue if they make the most of this channel. Not only that, auction sales offer agents the cash-flow benefits of quicker completions and potential upsell opportunities – all without having to handle any additional admin.

Heather, co-founder at Street.co.uk, said: “Street.co.uk’s integration with Pattinson Auction now means the entire process of auction and referrals is simpler than ever – and can all be done within one easy-to-use platform.

“By simplifying the referral process and providing access to Pattinson Auction’s innovative technology, we’re confident our agents will be able to secure more auction sales, and as a result, higher fees and lower fall throughs.”

Pattinson Group MD, Justin Beckwith, commented: “It really is a win-win for both Street.co.uk’s clients and Pattinson Auction’s clients. This collaboration has huge potential to enhance the reach of our auction facility, and supply countless benefits for estate agents.

He added: “By combining the expertise and reach of both Street.co.uk and Pattinson Auction, we are maximising the value and exposure for our clients. This partnership truly offers the best of both worlds, enhancing our auction capabilities while providing estate agents with an unparalleled platform to reach a broader audience, ensuring greater success and more opportunities for estate agents.”
