A new podcast aimed at property buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords has launched.
The new show, hosted by ex-online estate agent turned PR/property commentator, Russell Quirk, is called Home Front and has been commissioned by Radio News Hub.
This is a podcast on Spotify and Apple and will also be a radio show.
Episode 1 is here. First guest Ben Madden of Fine & Country on what an estate agent actually does for their fee plus Quirk’s contention that UK agents should charge more!
The first show, which you can listen to here, also features a diary of a first-time buyer. His experience is eye opening.
