A new self-service website builder has launched, tailored specifically for estate agents looking to create and manage their own agency websites.

Aimed at property professionals, the platform launched by Spectre, offers sector-specific features such as property listings integration, valuation tools, and lead capture forms – all without the need for coding or technical expertise.

Promising to transform agents’ online presence, Spectre Websites allows agencies to build fully-branded websites, without the need for developers or upfront costs.

Heather Staff, co-founder of Spectre, said: “Your website is your most important digital shop window, but for too long agents have been held back by expensive builds, hidden costs, and long developer delays. Spectre Websites changes that.

“With our latest release, estate agents can unlock a simple and intuitive experience of building elegant websites, combined with deeply integrated functionality essential to running your sales and lettings business, right out of the box, without breaking the bank.

“Agents shouldn’t have to compromise between speed, cost, and performance when it comes to their websites. With Spectre Websites, they can have all three.”

Through Spectre’s editor, an entire site can be customised in-house, to an agent’s exact specification. The builder also integrates property listings, updated in real time, as well as valuation and appointment booking tools built in.

Spectre Websites, available with a monthly hosting fee starting at £159 per, gives agents the flexibility to design a site and make changes instantly. They have been designed to perform on any device, desktop, mobile or tablet.

As part of the wider Street Group ecosystem, Spectre Websites integrates with both Street.co.uk CRM and Spectre. Property listings sync automatically from Street, while valuation leads feed directly into Spectre, enabling agents to convert traffic into instructions.
