Goodlord has launched a new service designed to offer letting agents a comprehensive package of services to manage tenancies and stay compliant, at a fixed cost.

The new service, called Complete Tenancy Management, aims to give agents access to a range of tools needed to manage a tenancy over its lifetime, including a suite of contracts and regulatory support to ensure compliance, a range of integrations with other property management services, and tenant payment management support, such as registering and holding deposits, handling move-in monies, and providing rent reminders.

This offering also comes with access to Goodlord’s PRO tenant referencing tool, as standard, which covers all their referencing needs for the life of each tenancy. Instead of paying for each service individually, agents are given ‘price peace of mind’ through a fixed fee of just £5 per tenancy.

The product aims to ensure agents can process tenancies in a straightforward, cost-effective way whilst staying compliant.

The roll-out is the latest installment of Goodlord’s Willow platform, which was launched last November.

Costas Frangeskou, director of growth at Goodlord, commented: “We’re constantly speaking to industry and working closely with customers to understand how to make their lives easier. Again and again, we were hearing demand for a product which gives comprehensive cover and a wide range of services, for a fixed price. That’s why we’ve launched the Complete Tenancy Management package – a straightforward offering that offers peace of mind over price, alongside cutting edge referencing and tenancy tools.”

Those interested in hearing more about the offering can join a free webinar being held on Thursday 13th June at 10am.
