Nominations are being invited for the Propertymark Qualifications Awards.
The awards are for those worthy of special recognition, and are open to those who have achieved, or are currently working towards Propertymark qualification.
This year, the nominees will be welcomed to a ceremony at the London Stadium.
The event, which will take place on 1 December 2023, will be an opportunity to connect with influencers from across the sector.
Eleven awards are up for grabs; Six powered by nominations and five that recognise academic excellence.
To be in with a chance of winning, all nominations must be made by someone who makes an inspirational case as to why it is deserved and must be received by 6 October 2023.
LEARNER OF THE YEAR
The Learner of the Year recognises someone who has embraced learning with passion, showing commitment to applying the skills they have gained through their qualification or End Point Assessment with Propertymark Qualifications.
RISING STAR
The Rising Star is someone that has been in the industry for less than three years and is leaving a mark on the industry by delivering tangible benefits to their employer and are seen as a future leader.
INSPIRATIONAL INDIVIDUAL OF THE YEAR (NEW FOR 2023)
This special award honours the outstanding contribution of an individual to property education, training and development, with a commitment to improving and upholding professional standards.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AGENCY OF THE YEAR (NEW FOR 2023)
This achievement is awarded in three separate categories for small (1–5 branches), medium (6–20 branches), and large agencies (20+ branches). Each award recognises and showcases agencies that place professional standards and qualifications/apprenticeships at the heart of their business and can demonstrate excellence around learning and development.
