The National Landlord Investment Show is set to return to the North West next month, taking place at the iconic Old Trafford Stadium, home of Manchester United FC.
Now in its 95th edition since launching in 2013, the event will mark its 10th visit to Manchester, continuing its tradition of bringing together thousands of landlords, property investors, and industry professionals. As always, entry to the exhibition is completely free.
Designed to support, educate, and connect those navigating the evolving property landscape, the show places a strong emphasis on building community and sharing insights during a time of significant regulatory and market change.
Two high-profile spotlight panels will address the most pressing industry challenges stemming from recent and upcoming government reforms.
One panel, titled “Get Renters’ Rights Ready”, will feature former Housing Minister Eddie Hughes alongside a panel of legal experts, property educators, and service providers, offering landlords a chance to have their key questions answered.
With Making Tax Digital on the horizon for 2026, a second panel will explore what landlords and investors need to do to prepare for the upcoming tax changes.
The day also includes 30+ expert-led seminars, running from 9:00am through to the show’s close. Topics include property investment strategies, tax compliance, insurance, legal updates, and more.
In addition to the educational content, the exhibition hall will be open throughout the day, giving attendees the chance to connect with a wide range of property service providers, as well as network with fellow landlords, investors, and professionals from across the Manchester property community.
