Yopa has launched a new campaign to empower careers through estate agency.

Led by Yopa CEO and chair of the Women in Estate Agency group, Verona Frankish, the initiative promotes gender equality, choice, and flexible career opportunities in estate agency.

While the campaign highlights the unique flexibility of the Yopa’s associate model, it also emphasizes the full range of career options available at Yopa, ensuring inclusivity for all estate agents, regardless of their preferred working model.
Empowering through choice

Yopa offers two distinct paths for agents:

The Franchise Model: Designed for agents who prefer to be committed to building and growing a business within a designated postcode area. This model benefits from lead generation provided by Yopa, with valuation opportunities through brand advertising, bundled packages, and marketing initiatives. Core agents benefit from Yopa’s investment in their success, supported by service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain excellence.

The Associate Model: Highly flexible and ideal for those seeking to generate their own opportunities and work hours, without geographical constraints. This model is perfect for women (and men) who value autonomy and want to balance personal and professional commitments while being fully committed to their careers.

“Empowering women isn’t just about providing opportunities; it’s about creating environments where women can thrive, lead, and shape their futures,” said Frankish.

She continued: “Our aim at Yopa is to enable choice for agents – women and men – by providing a range of options in how they build their career in partnership with us.

“Our franchise model requires full time commitment, which works for a broad range of individuals and works in harmony with our newly launched associate model, a more flexible model, especially for women who want or need to balance personal and professional goals whilst maintaining the ability to achieve exceptional success.”

The campaign includes:

Webinars: Empowering Careers with Yopa features inspiring talks from Verona Frankish, and successful agents, who have built successful businesses under the Franchise Model.

Social media outreach: The #BreakingBarriersWithYopa campaign shares testimonials and videos celebrating agents’ success stories.

Case studies: Inspirational stories demonstrating how both models cater to diverse needs while delivering career growth.
