She began her research career in Dublin working for Sherry FitzGerald and Cushman & Wakefield before moving to the UK in 2021.
O’Reilly joins the I&L team, which is led by co-heads Len Rosso and James Fairweather.
Rosso said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming Deirdre to the department. We have an established track record of producing high-quality insights into our market to help our clients stay informed as they make key decisions about their property portfolios.
“Deirdre has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate analysis across Ireland and the UK and we look forward to her joining our team, advising our clients on the latest trends and opportunities.”
O’Reilly added: “I’m really excited to be joining Colliers at a pivotal moment in the I&L team’s evolution as Len and James bring the agency, investment and strategic land specialisms together. I’m looking forward to unpicking the data we hold in-house and leveraging the macroeconomic indicators shaping the sector to support Colliers’ clients in making informed, data-driven decisions.”
