The newlyweds paid an unexpected visit to the Emmerdale set on Monday and were seen sitting on the Dingles’ leather couch in West Yorkshire for a special behind-the-scenes tour.
The couple happily posed for a photo with some of the soap’s stars including Sam Hall, James Hooton, Lisa Riley and Karen Blick.
While another image, which was shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, saw the Great British Bake Off judge leaning over the fictional village’s iconic Emmerdale sign.
However, fans of the soap shouldn’t be expecting Hollywood to make an appearance in The Woolpack anytime soon, as an Emmerdale spokesperson confirmed to MailOnline that his cameo was “just a behind-the-scenes visit to the show”.
The pair’s appearance comes two weeks after they exchanged vows at the Ayia Athanasia chapel on the grounds of the five-star Anassa Hotel in Paphos.
According to MailOnline, the festivities kicked off in the afternoon and went on late into the night, with Hollywood’s fellow GBBO judge Prue Leith one of the 75 guests in attendance.
A source close to the couple told the outlet: “It was a very tasteful and stylish wedding and the hotel management really pulled out all the stops to make it a memorable day.
“There was a very lively party with loud music and lots of drinking that went on until late into the night.
“Paul is very close to the hotel owners and they made sure that everybody had a great time. He loves Cyprus and it was a wonderful setting for what was a beautiful occasion.”
The couple have been together for three years after meeting at The Chequers Inn in Smarden, Kent where she was the landlady and are believed to have “quietly” got engaged in 2022.
Cyprus holds a dear place in Hollywood’s heart, having lived and worked as head baker at the five-star Anabelle Hotel in Paphos for six years in the late 1990s.
It was while working at the Anabelle that Paul met his ex-wife Alexandra Hollywood, to whom he was married for 19 years. The former couple, who welcomed a son named Joshua, announced their split in 2017.
