Scottish property portal, ESPC, has announced the launch of the fifth season of its popular podcast, The ESPC Property Show, with its first episode launching on Thursday 20th February 2025.

The first four seasons have proved a success, with a total of 28,312 downloads in the 71 podcast episodes since 2023.

Hosted by ESPC CEO Paul Hilton and property commentator Megan Milne, the podcast aims to be a go-to guide for buyers, sellers, and homeowners. Now running fortnightly, each episode will alternate between in-depth discussions on the latest market trends and expert guest interviews covering mortgages, lettings, and the economic and political factors shaping the property sector.

Episodes of The ESPC Property Show will now run every two weeks, jam packed with topics the audience want, as well as more in-depth discussions which get to the bottom of the big factors in the property market right now. The first episode of season five will be an overview of the property market in a discussion with Paul and Megan. Every second episode will feature a special guest, offering their insights and advice across a vast array of subjects such as the mortgage market, lettings sector, as well as discussing the political and economic side of the property market.

Paul Hilton, ESPC’s CEO and host of the podcast, said “We’re delighted to be launching season five of The ESPC Property Show, and this time, we’re making it even better. Our listeners told us they wanted more expert insights and in-depth discussions, so we’ve refreshed the format to deliver exactly that. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling, or just love keeping up with the Scottish property market, this season will offer practical advice, expert opinions, and plenty of industry insights.”

The episodes will be available on all streaming platforms, and on the ESPC YouTube channel allowing audiences to choose their preferred way to engage. The podcast will be released every two weeks on Thursday mornings, with the season premiere breaking down the current state of the property market in Edinburgh, The Lothians, Fife, and the Borders.
