Property Academy has today announced it has rebranded as Leaders.inc, a new umbrella brand bringing together leadership groups across several professional sectors.

The existing Property Academy will now operate as LeadersInProperty, alongside LeadersInLegal, a new group for senior professionals in the legal and conveyancing sectors. Additional sectors are expected to follow as Leaders.inc develops.

The structure remains the same: small, sector-specific peer groups supported by shared insight, expert speakers, and measurable business improvement. Under the Leaders.inc brand, members will continue to work within the same format while gaining access to perspectives from other industries.

What stays the same:

+ Leadership groups continue as before.

+ Chairs and team remain unchanged.

+ Focus stays on practical ideas, peer learning, and measurable outcomes.

What’s new:

+ Leaders.inc brings all leadership groups together under one brand.

+ LeadersInProperty and LeadersInLegal launch as the first two sectors.

+ Further sectors will be added over time.

Leaders.inc will be introduced at EA Masters, taking place today, where attendees can learn more about the rebrand and the organisation’s future direction.

Joanna Knight, CEO of Leaders.inc, said: “This next chapter is about scale and connection. The Property Academy model remains at the core, but under Leaders.inc we can replicate its success for other sectors while creating cross sector learning that helps every leader improve faster.

“LeadersInProperty will continue to support estate and letting agency owners and senior leaders, while LeadersInLegal is already bringing together legal and conveyancing professionals. Future Leadership groups in other sectors will be added.”
