The Propertymark Trust has announced the launch a second series of scholarships aimed at supporting agents who cannot afford the financial cost of obtaining qualifications.
Building on the popularity of the first scheme earlier this year, the latest programme offers a strictly limited number of scholarships for 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the costs of learning materials, with Propertymark membership and examination fees now available and potential scholars invited to apply for funding by completing the straightforward.
The launch of the second tranche of bursaries – deadline for applications is 30 September – coincides with the Propertymark Trust launching their new website at www.propertymark-trust.co.uk where more information and the application form for the Class of 25 can be found.
Michael Day, chair of the education and applications group at the Propertymark Trust, said: “We are delighted to be able to extend this fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers.
“Applications for scholarship bursaries must be received by the end of September 2025, the Trustees will conduct interviews during October and select those who are successful.”
