A new tech platform has launched in a bid to help estate agents navigate the complexities of new customer relationship management (CRM).
GlueDog has been founded by former letting agent and founder of Made Snappy 360, Mark McCorrie, who hopes that the new platform will prove popular with agents.
He said: “In an industry where the average PropTech supplier integrates with less than 10% of available CRMs, agents are left grappling with disjointed applications that require manual data transfer between systems.
“GlueDog emerges as the solution, introducing a Zapier-like product that streamlines the integration process, effectively removing the financial obstacles hindering seamless connectivity.”
According to McCorrie, it is not uncommon for suppliers to incur exorbitant costs exceeding £10,000 for building a single integration, with some bills skyrocketing to over £70,000.
“This model is neither sustainable nor scalable, serving as a major impediment to CRM integration for suppliers,” he explained.
GlueDog’s objective is to establish a marketplace connecting CRMs and suppliers., having already established partnerships with a number of well-known CRMs, such as Apex 27, Rex, Street, Loop, AgentOS, Veco, SME Professional, Muven, MRI Sales and Lettings, and Arun Estates.
“GlueDog will enable agents to select their preferred suppliers, confident that they can seamlessly integrate them with their CRMs,” McCorrie added.
