A Russian nationalist who was part of the annexation of Crimea in 2014 has warned that Vladimir Putin is to face a rebellion that will not be stopped.
Last week Yevgeny Prigozhin and his Wagner forces started a what was described as a rebellion with some commentators calling it an attempted coup on Moscow.
Igor Girkin who is a former FSB spy hit out at the Russian political leaders and called them “incompetent” or “Cowardly” warned Putin that the next uprising no one will oppose.
Girkin also known as Igor Ivanovich Strelkov said, “it makes no sense to risk your life defending such a miserable, miserable government,” so you might as well oppose it.

The former FSB officer said that Russian leaders are “so rotten that they have lost even the elementary instinct of self-preservation.”
A “coup d’etat” has also been formerly declared in the Russian Federation by the Freedom of Russia Legion who started launching attacks inside the country in May.
The Legion has called on all Russian soldiers and army officers to “unleash your weapons on the Kremlin.”
The Legion said that Vladimir Putin has had “20 years of chances” and during that period he has robbed “people in other countries, to rape civilians in Ukraine, but not to protect his people.”
Girkin wrote on Telgegram, “A week has passed since Prigozhin’s rebellion. Which – judging by the consequences – was not a rebellion, it turns out.
“Well, if only because, despite six downed helicopters and a plane, the death of more than 10 (no one knows for sure) Russian servicemen – no measures have been taken to punish the rebels. Moreover, Mr Prigozhin freely moves across the state border of the Russian Federation, lives in St. Petersburg, and the authorities pretend that ‘this is how it should be’.
“There is no mention of any resignations of persons who showed incompetence and cowardice during the rebellion. The highest statesmen who fled abroad during the days of the rebellion are all in their places.
“Not a word of condemnation, not even the slightest hint of punishment from the lips of a person who remotely resembles the president, sounded.
“Hence the consequence: another rebellion is not far off. It remains only to wait for a major defeat at the front.
“And, yes, – no matter who starts it – now no one will resist the rebels. Nobody at all. Because it makes no sense to risk your life defending such a miserable and miserable government.
“What will this lead to – I have already written more than once … too many ‘the living will envy the dead’.
“But it is impossible to save a country whose rulers are so rotten that they have lost even the elementary instinct of self-preservation, exchanging it for the opportunity to ‘do nothing at any cost’ a little more.!”
