Vladimir Putin has been warned that the “war will hit Russia” which comes after Ukraine has intensified attacks inside the Russian Federation.

On Sunday Ukraine launched three drone strikes on Moscow and a section of a government skyscraper exploded.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said the “war is returning to Russia” which will send strong signals to the Russian population.

Zelensky said that destruction in Russia is “inevitable, natural and fair” amid Putin’s illegal invasion of Ukraine.

Ukraine’s counteroffensive is making gains and Moscow warns they will be forced to ‘use a nuclear weapon’

Speaking in video Zelensky said, “Russian aggression has gone bankrupt on the battlefield. Today is already the five hundred and twenty-second day of the so-called “special military operation.

“Ukraine is getting stronger. Gradually, the war is returning to Russia‘s territory – to its symbolic centres and military bases, and this is an inevitable, natural and fair process.

“But we must be aware that, just like last year, Russian terrorists can still attack our energy sector and critical facilities this winter.

“Today we discussed with the communities the current state of preparation for all possible scenarios.”

Igor Sushko, a Ukrainian fellow a US think tank of the Wind of Change research group based in Washington said the target is a “secret Ministry of Economic Development office on the 10th floor of the skyscraper.”

He added, “At least six government ministries occupy this building. The officers are guarded by Putin’s Federal Protective Service (FSO).”
