Real estate asset management and development firm Quadrant has appointed Johnny Armour as associate partner.
Quadrant said Armour will manage a range of new and existing assets, including major London office schemes such as OSMO, Quadrant and AIMCo’s new 166,500 sq ft scheme in London’s Battersea.
Armour joins from The Estate Office Shoreditch, a private family office, where he managed a 370,000 sq ft, 40-asset mixed-use scheme in east London. Prior to this, he worked for FTSE 250 REIT CLS Holdings, where he managed assets in London and regional cities across the UK, delivering major lease signings and repositioning projects. He began his career at office agency HK London, where he advised major institutional clients.
John Maddison, managing partner at Quadrant, said: “We welcome Johnny to the team. Initially focusing on parts of our London office portfolio, he brings valuable experience at a time when an acute undersupply of quality space is leading to more competition between occupiers and renewed confidence from investors keen to deploy capital into income-led standing investments in the office sector.”
Armour added: “It’s great to join the firm at what feels like a turning point for the offices sector, and I look forward to working with the existing team to optimise and grow Quadrant’s high-quality portfolio.”
