Reapit has expressed its enthusiasm for an extended partnership agreed with Martyn Gerrard by issuing a press release announcing the agreement with the north London estate agency, in the hope that it will encourage other estate agents to sign up to its technology and services.

Martyn Gerrard, which is nearing its 60th anniversary, is a well-established estate agency with 13 branches – the most recent of which was opened in Winchmore Hill at the start of this year.

Reapit hopes that the agency’s endorsement will help the end-to-end business technology provider win more business from other estate agents.

Martyn Gerrard’s influence extends beyond selling and letting properties in north London. Their managing director, Simon Gerrard, was in 2014 the president of the NAEA Propertymark and Greg Tsuman, the firm’s letting director, recently assumed the prestigious position of President of ARLA Propertymark.

Gerrard commented, “As a well-known North London agent, we take pride in our long-established history and exceptional service. Reapit has been a reliable partner in our journey, and we are excited to enter into this new phase of our partnership. Together, we will continue to push boundaries and shape the future of the property industry.”

Mark Armstrong, CEO of Reapit, added: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Martyn Gerrard. Their commitment to excellence and innovation aligns perfectly with our values at Reapit.”
